The Company
J.L. GROVER
CONSULTING ENGINEERS is a multidisciplinary
consulting engineering firm providing Civil, Mechanical, and Metallurgical Engineering services to industry and the legal/insurance community.
The company's principal, Jeff Grover, has thirty years of experience in the design and analysis of structures. Most of that
experience has been related to the analysis and prevention of failures.
At the left of this screen are links to a number of topics. Some of them are technologies, such as fatigue and fracture. Others are industries,
such as Nuclear Power and Petrochemical, while others are specific components within those industries (e.g., pipelines, turbines).
Together, they provide a description of the depth and breadth of the JL GROVER experience base.
For a more detailed description of the experience in a specific area of expertise, click on the links shown to the left.
Most of this expertise has come from consulting to industry, trying to prevent aging equipment from failing, or determining why a component
failed before its time. In addition, JL GROVER has been actively involved in insurance investigations of failures and expert witness testimony
in support of legal actions.
